Having ridden horses since 3 years old and competed in a wide variety of disciplines, First trained as an Equine Massage Therapist in 2013, adding various modalities to my tool box of skills and continue studies as an Equine Osteopath.
An event rider and Arabian race horse trainer, picking up a number of significant injuries found it difficult to mentally and physically return to riding led me to train as a rider injury rehabilitation & biomechanics coach, specializing in performance psychology as an Advanced Centre10 Coach. Utilize a number of coaching techniques combined with classical and natural horsemanship methods. Approved Working Equitation Coach and specialize in Arabian and Iberian breeds.
In being able to help to start to improve the horse and riders’ way of going whatever the discipline, saw the importance of having the correct tack fitted. Having used Solution Saddles on my own horses for a number of years there was a natural progression to become an advisor and in studying with SaddleFit4 Life, hoping to qualify as an Equine Ergonomist. By adding Bit and Bridle fitting to my services now offer a really effective whole horse and rider approach, enabling both to move together in a harmonious and optimized way, whilst improving the welfare of both.
