I have been around horses and have owned them for more than half my life. Growing up trough the Pony Club and doing my BHS stages training set me up with a good basic understanding and the need to learn more. After completing my NC in animal care and working on a few yards, it confirmed that horses are my passion.
My interest in Bit and Bridle fitting came during my first visit to Saddlery Training Scotland, while learning how to make a bridle. It got me thinking on how this impacts the horse and how different types of bits and bridles work for some and not others.
Having achieved the Advanced Bit and Bridle fitting consulting course with Horse bit Fit Academy, I now want to share my Knowledge and help horses and riders achieve a harmonious partnership in a bit and bridle that suits them as a team.
I will be providing Bit and Bridle consultations in and around the Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire area, alongside some leather repairs and bespoke leather goods.
