I have owned horses since the age of ten and competed in show jumping, cross-country, and dressage. Currently, I own and operate a successful livery yard. My experience includes working at various yards across Lancashire, where I gained in-depth knowledge of horse welfare and management. I also hold a BHS qualification in stable management.
Through my close collaboration with a saddle fitter, I developed a keen interest in the overall well-being of horses, which led me to explore Bit and Bridle fitting. This experience provided me with a profound understanding of the crucial role that bits and bridles play in a horse's welfare—it's truly an eye-opener. As a result, I pursued the path of becoming a bridle and bit fitting consultant. I believe there is an abundance of information available about saddle fitting, and I aim to apply that same level of care and attention to bridle and bit fitting. I have first hand experience of how changing bits and bridles can massively benefit both the horse and rider. The results are outstanding
